Reservations

To book your holiday apartment, we ask you for a written confirmation, as well as for an Angeld.

Cancellation fee up to 60 days before arrival: we charge the deposit

Cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the room rate for the reserved period

Cancellation from the 29th day before arrival and in the case of an early departure or late arrival we charge 100% of the room rate for the reserved period, if the apartment can not be rented further.

The Angeld is a processing fee and will not be refunded in case of cancellation. There is no right of rescission within the meaning of the consumer protection code. (Communication pursuant to Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code (GvD 206/2005)

Before travel, something can happen. To ensure that you do not incur any cancellation charges in the event of illness, accident or death, we recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance.
